Please review our lesson policies before booking. By scheduling a lesson with Tincher Pitching Virtual, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Same-Day Cancellations
Any lesson canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the lesson amount unless the athlete is able to reschedule within 7 days of the original appointment date (subject to your instructors' availability).
No-Shows
If an athlete does not attend their scheduled lesson without prior communication, the athlete will be considered a no-show and charged the full lesson amount. If this is unpaid prior to the next lesson, the lesson may be cancelled and you may be removed from the scheduling app.
Photo / Video Policy
Tincher Pitching Virtual reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during lessons, clinics, camps, and events for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, advertisements, print materials, and other digital or public communications. By participating in our programs, athletes and families consent to the use of this content without compensation.
